Mini's Uniform Ordering

Please read through and follow the directions below.

STEP 1 - CLICK HERE to review, print, fill out, and sign the "Mini Uniform Acknowledgement" form. This document is REQUIRED for each dancer and MUST be completed and turned in at the first practice. 

STEP 2 - Add all items that are needed to your cart. Each dancer will be measured for correct sizing during the first class. If you have multiple dancers, you may add multiple items to your cart at one time.

       **If no items are needed, you must still select "NONE" below and complete the checkout process.**

STEP 3 - Follow the prompts to complete payment. Payment MUST be made on or before the first class. NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE PLACED.

STEP 4 - Bring the printed, completed document from "STEP 1" to the first class.
