To participate in the showcase, a non-refundable $60 fee is due by February 15th. The $60 showcase fee covers the theater rental, equipment rental, tech crew, security, custodians, district fees, and staff. You are committing to your dancer's attendance and participation by paying the showcase fee. You must have your dancer at the theater at the designated call time.  We will not hold the show for late arrivals.



Ticket sales will be available in April and will be reserved seating. $12 per ticket, including processing fees. Every spectator will need their own ticket. If you have small children that can sit on your lap, they do not need a ticket.  You will have the option to pick and reserve seats; all sales are final and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Spark will not hold seats or honor requests to change seating.


Theater doors will open fifteen minutes before the show starts. An usher will help you find your assigned seats. Entry to the theater will only be allowed between dances if there are late arrivals.  We will not open the doors during a performance.



Professional photos and videos will be taken during the showcase and will be available for purchase directly through the professional companies. Photo and/or video orders will not go through Spark. All inquiries should be directed to the professional companies.


There will be no flash photography or videotaping permitted during the shows.



Light concessions, flowers, and merchandise will be available for purchase in the lobby. VENMO is the preferred payment method as we will have very little cash/change on hand.



When you arrive, you will head to the check-in table. A Spark staff member will verify your cell number and check your dancer in. A Spark helper will escort your dancer to their designated waiting room, where crafts, a movie, and room monitors will keep them entertained while they wait to perform. Program instructors and assistants will also be there to review material and escort them on and off the stage. NO PARENTS WILL BE PERMITTED BACKSTAGE OR IN THE WAITING ROOMS. If a dancer needs parental/guardian attention, we will text the number you verified to meet us at the check-in table.


If needed, you can send your dancer a peanut-free snack labeled with their name on it.


We will have small disposable water available for them, so please do not send them with a water bottle from home.


Please hold on to jackets or extra items, as we don't want the dancers to have personal belongings in the waiting rooms.



All programs will come on stage for a bow and finale. Upon completion of the show, we will bring up the lights and dismiss each program at the edge of the stage, one at a time.


We ask that all spectators stay seated until your dancer's program is announced.


We will send the dancers on stage with any crafts they made for the finale, so no one should go back to the waiting rooms, and they can be dismissed directly from the stage.


By purchasing your registration for the showcase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all information detailed above.
